Transitioning Between Billing Systems
On July 6, 2022, Salem Radiology converted our clinical information and billing systems to the EPIC health information platform. As a result, we temporarily have two (2) different websites for patients to submit online payments using a credit card.
For a period of time, our office will be processing accounts out of both our old and our new systems. We apologize that this may lead to some confusion when attempting to make an online payment to your account. Statements for services performed prior to July 6, 2022 will be using one online bill payment link while services performed on or after July 6th will use a different bill payment link.

If you are paying for services performed on or after July 6, 2022
